Newneedlepoint.com is, and I suppose always will be, about my love of Needlepoint. I began my web store with the idea that I would sell the kind of Needlepoint I love to stitch.
I love Color, I admire good design. My goal is to sell the best Needlepoint Designs I can make or buy.
I have just begun to list the first of our own Stitch Painted Original Design Needlepoint Canvases.
I also have an extensive selection of wonderful Hand Painted Needlepoint Canvases by some of today’s fine Needlepoint Designers including Danji Designs, Laurel Burch and Eileen Best.
There are my own Stitch Drawn Lines designs, many of them now Hand Painted in full color.
The Bargello category is open with a few Bargello and Florentine Embroidery Bargello designs. I am adding new patterns & designs as
fast as I can stitch them.
NewNeedlepoint.com has added a Rare & Hard-To-Find Needlepoint & Bargello Book Category. I have put together a group of unusual and interesting books.
I have picked the best condition books I could find, which was not as easy as you might think.
I am still focusing on Beginner and Novice Needlepointers with special Kits aimed at entry level stitchers. I have written a “Beginners Manual” which has all the things I wish someone told me when I was just starting out as well as Basic Needlepoint Instruction.
NewNeedlepoint.com has an extensive line of the excellent Patt & Lee Glicee’ Needlepoint Designs. They are all available as canvas alone plus most are also for sale assembled as a kit.
Claire Sanchez's excellent Tote and Shoulder Bags are stylish and fashionable. The large Tote Bags with Shoulder Length Straps and her slightly smaller Shoulder Bags never look like the sturdy and practical totes they are. The Shoulder Bags also make perfect everyday bags.
There is also my small Needlepoint Tools Category, I don’t sell anything I don’t use myself. That is the best recommendation I can make. That is where you will find DMC & Kreinik Color Cards, as well.

| I think Laurel Burch's Hand Painted Needlepoint Designs are outstanding. They have an amusing outlook and her color use is just wonderful. She designs with dark, rich colors in striking combinations, off the beaten path.
These 3 dogs in the Dog Family are embellished with Metallic Gold as well. The design area is just 5 X 7 inches, leaving 1/2 inch all around the design. This could be stitched as large as 6.25 X 8 inches, if you like. The entire canvas is 8.75 X 11.75 inches. It is ... More Info

| This is a showstopper Needlepoint Design. it is a large canvas, the design area is 19 inches wide by 12 inches tall. My husband, the fisherman fanatic, tells me this fish is a bass and it is the "most fished" fish in the country. He assures me that anybody who fishes would love this canvas, he loves this canvas. So do I.

| I think the colors in Jane Wheeler's Hand Painted Original Design canvas "Raining Cats & Dogs" are terrific. This canvas is one of those that make you smile, every time you look at it. The design area is 7.75 X 7.5 inches. The entire canvas measures 11.5 X 12 inches, it is 18 mesh.
Raining Cats & Dogs uses 11 colors. Everything on the canvas is outlined in black. I think to maintain the *crisp* look of the design, these outlines are necessary.

| A charming cow surrounded by stars. This Hand Painted Needlepoint Design is by Kelly Clark and is signed by her. It is called "Nativity Cow" and it does have a Christmas Nativity Scene feeling to it. The design area is 7.5 inches wide by 7.25 inches tall at the highest point of it's arched top. The entire canvas is 11.5 X 11.5 inches, it is 14 mesh.
