NewNeedlepoint.com is a labor of love. I began my web store with the idea that I would build the kind of Needlepoint Web Store where I would like to shop.
I love color and I admire good design. My goal is to sell the best Needlepoint Designs, Books and Accessories I can.
I have a extensive selection of wonderful Hand Painted Needlepoint Canvases & Kits by some of today’s fine Needlepoint Designers including Danji Design, Laurel Burch, Eileen Best and many more.
NewNeedlepoint.com has a large collection of Needlepoint & Bargello Needlepoint Books. Most of the books are Hard-To-Find used books, some are quite Rare. Some of the books are maybe not so rare but are classic Needlepoint or Bargello Needlepoint Design or Reference Books.
I have picked out the best condition Books I could find, which is not as easy as you might think.
NewNeedlepoint has two new categories: NEW Needlepoint Books & NEW Bargello Books. These are direct from the publisher or distributor current Needlepoint or Bargello Needlepoint titles by some of today's well-known authors.

The Beginner Books do not…yet…have their own category.
NewNeedlepoint.com has an extensive selection of the excellent Patt & Lee Glicee’ Needlepoint Designs. They are all available as canvas alone plus most are also for sale assembled as a kit.

Beginner's Hand Painted 4 Tulips Needlepoint Kit

I am quite "taken" with Jane Wheeler's wonderful Hand Painted Needlepoint Designs. Her colors are excellent and I always find her designs to be cheerful for lack of a better word. This is a beginner level design of 4 Tulips, in 4 boxes, each in different colors.

The design area is 9 X 9 inches. The entire canvas measures 12.75 X 12.75 inches, it is easy to stitch 14 mesh.

This design, of course, could also be for more experienced stitchers with the addition of decorative stitches, beyond the basic ones.

I have assembled this kit using DMC #5 Perle Cotton Floss. The design uses a surprising 12 colors. The crisp stitch edges and slight sheen with Perle Cotton will be perfect for this design.

This needlepoint canvas is suitable for beginners. A color placement stitch guide comes with it plus it will include detailed and complete directions as well as my pretty good basic needlepoint instruction booklet.

Experienced stitchers should feel free to ignore them.

All NewNeedlepoint canvases have folded and machine hemmed edges or carefully taped canvases edges. I prefer to hem them when there is enough extra canvas to permit it.

Each kit includes the correct size needle for this canvas.

The amounts of floss or yarn shown in the pictures are for color only, the actual amounts sent may vary from what is shown. The colors will not vary.

Needlepoint thread coverage is not an exact science. I try to make sure there is plenty to finish each canvas with some to spare. If you run short e-mail me and I will send you more at no extra cost.

Remember to stitch 2-3 additional lines all around the completed canvas for finishing.
