Each design has a full color graph and complete directions. As this is a small size book, the graphs are quite small too.

| This handy little book is another in June McKnigh's series of Needlepoint and Bargello Needlepoint book. The books are small with big spiral bindings. They are the perfect size to carry in your needlepoint tote bag and I love spiral bounds books, they lay flat when open.
The subtitle for this book is "The Ten Commandments of Background Stitching" "Rules to help in the selection of the perfect background".

| This is the new Edition of Susan Higgenson's The Book of Needlepoint Stitches, published in England in 1989, which I also have listed here as a used Needlepoint Reference Book.
I am a fan of Susan Higgenson's books and this is another good one plus it is brand spanking new, a very pretty book. The stitches are very clearly shown in all all color photographs, several per stitch, rather than drawn graphs.
