NewNeedlepoint.com is a labor of love. I began my web store with the idea that I would build the kind of Needlepoint Web Store where I would like to shop.

I love color and I admire good design. My goal is to sell the best Needlepoint Designs, Books and Accessories I can.

I have a extensive selection of wonderful Hand Painted Needlepoint Canvases & Kits by some of today’s fine Needlepoint Designers including Danji Design, Laurel Burch, Eileen Best and many more.

NewNeedlepoint.com has a large collection of Needlepoint & Bargello Needlepoint Books. Most of the books are Hard-To-Find used books, some are quite Rare. Some of the books are maybe not so rare but are classic Needlepoint or Bargello Needlepoint Design or Reference Books.

I have picked out the best condition Books I could find, which is not as easy as you might think.

NewNeedlepoint has two new categories: NEW Needlepoint Books & NEW Bargello Books. These are direct from the publisher or distributor current Needlepoint or Bargello Needlepoint titles by some of today's well-known authors.

NewNeedlepoint.com specializes in Beginner & Novice Needlepoint Kits and Books. The beginner level Needlepoint Kits are scattered everywhere in my listings as well as having their own category.

The Beginner Books do not…yet…have their own category.

NewNeedlepoint.com has an extensive selection of the excellent Patt & Lee Glicee’ Needlepoint Designs. They are all available as canvas alone plus most are also for sale assembled as a kit.

Claire Sanchez's fine Tote Bags and Shoulder Bags are both very stylish and very practical. The large Tote Bags with shoulder length straps and her slightly smaller Shoulder Bags never look like the sturdy and useful totes they are. The Shoulder Bags are also the perfect everyday bag.

Hand Painted Apple Beginner Needlepoint Kit

This may be the perfect beginner needlepoint project. For someone who has never stitched before, this is a small, adorable carefully stitch painted Apple Needlepoint Kit. The design area is 3 X 3.25 inches, it is an easy to stitch 14 mesh.

The needlepoint supllier who sold me this canvas says this is a Susan Treglown Designs Hand painted Needlepoint. It is not signed but it is marked as TG-0678. I can't say for sure it a a Treglown design but it clearly hand painted.

There is a box drawn on the outside edges of this design, it can be stitched with a row or two of any of the colored floss or it can be used as just an indicator of where to stop stitching.

I have assembled this kit using DMC #5 Perle Cotton Floss, it is a pleasure to stitch and the clear, sharp edges to a design stitched with it will perfectly suit this
design.



This canvas is something of a departure for NewNeedlepoint.com. I always fold over and machine stitch the hems of the canvases I sell, even if this means taking off the tape that I sometimes fins the edges bound with. This canvas is so small and the tape is in such good condition, I decided to not remove it and hem the edges.

The Apple Needlepoint Kit does not come with a color placement stitch guide, it is very clear which color goes where. it will include detailed and complete directions as well as my pretty good basic needlepoint instruction booklet.

Each kit includes the correct size needle for this canvas.

The amounts of floss or yarn shown in the pictures are for color only, the actual amounts sent may vary from what is shown. The colors will not vary.

Needlepoint thread coverage is not an exact science. I try to make sure there is plenty to finish each canvas with some to spare. If you run short e-mail me and I will send you more at no extra cost.

Remember to stitch 2-3 additional lines all around the completed canvas for finishing.
