NewNeedlepoint.com is a labor of love. I began my web store with the idea that I would build the kind of Needlepoint Web Store where I would like to shop.

I love color and I admire good design. My goal is to sell the best Needlepoint Designs, Books and Accessories I can.

I have a extensive selection of wonderful Hand Painted Needlepoint Canvases & Kits by some of today’s fine Needlepoint Designers including Danji Design, Laurel Burch, Eileen Best and many more.

NewNeedlepoint.com has a large collection of Needlepoint & Bargello Needlepoint Books. Most of the books are Hard-To-Find used books, some are quite Rare. Some of the books are maybe not so rare but are classic Needlepoint or Bargello Needlepoint Design or Reference Books.

I have picked out the best condition Books I could find, which is not as easy as you might think.

NewNeedlepoint has two new categories: NEW Needlepoint Books & NEW Bargello Books. These are direct from the publisher or distributor current Needlepoint or Bargello Needlepoint titles by some of today's well-known authors.

The Beginner Books do not…yet…have their own category.

NewNeedlepoint.com has an extensive selection of the excellent Patt & Lee Glicee’ Needlepoint Designs. They are all available as canvas alone plus most are also for sale assembled as a kit.

There is also my small Needlepoint Tools Category. I don’t sell anything I am not familiar with, no Drop Ship here. This is where you will find Mighty Bright lamps, Laying tools, quality Gingher Scissors, DMC or Kreinik Color Cards and more.

The subtitle for this book is " With Over 20 Original Patterns from Pincushions to Seashell Rug". This is a beautiful large book full of pictures, all in full color.

The charts are large format, making them easy to read and follow. Each design has a watercolor drawing of the design as well as a completed needlepoint of it.

Despite the subtitle, there are, in fact, 17 full color charted designs which include directions and color numbers and amounts. The wools and thread used are Anchor Wool, DMC Wool and Appleton Wool.

I have noticed that almost all of the British needlepoint designers specify wools for stitching. There is a conversion chart in the back of this book which adapts the wools shown to others wools or cotton floss.

Graham Rust is a well known English artist and muralist. He has adapted his designs to needlepoint plus each project includes variations more experienced stitchers can use to customize the project.

Graham Rust's Needlepoint Designs was published by Harry N. Abrahms in 1998.

This book is in very good condition. It would be gift quality except for a few small tears in the dust jacket. The book inside is in excellent, new condition.
