I don't know if Patt intended this to be an Elephant Family but I would not be surprised if she did. That is exactly what this looks like to me.
The baby, needless to say, wants something. He (or she) is probably hungry. The background is an African savannah with a stream in the foreground. I have not yet counted how many colors are used here yet. I think the number may be high.
The Elephant Family is 13 mesh mono canvas, the design area measures 15 X 13 inches.
This canvas does not include any threads or yarn.
The frame is made by Patt's talented husband Lee. Again, by special order
Most NewNeedlepoint.com canvases have carefully taped edges. I use Professional Artists Tape. It sticks very well.
Each canvas includes a correct size tapestry needle.
Remember to stitch 1-2 additional rows all around the completed canvas for finishing.
?Dry Blocking? is recommended when finishing your project. Do not use excessive water.
Large needlepoint canvases will be rolled and sent in a mailing tube, smaller canvases will be sent flat in a padded envelope.
This Canvas is also available as a complete Needlepoint Kit
