This is a needlepoint tool that has been needed fopr some time. When I could still stitch, I was always a freehand stitcher. Not only did I find using a frame awkward but the whole process of attaching the canvas or cloth to be worked was tedious.
I tried using those *snappy* things but they did not work very well and sewing the canvas on to a frame so it would roll was time consuming. Tacking always seemed wrong to me, for may reasons.
Go figure, now that I can't stitch anymore I find this terrific product.
Each clamp opens and closes on a spring joint. They have *teeth* to hold the canvas or fabric in place. They are nice and strong little clamps. I can't think or any easier way to attach anything to a frame for stitching. For stationary or scroll frames.
Each box has 12 two inch clamps, plenty for a nice secure attachment.
