Joen Wolfrom is a well-known Colorist, the author of many book on color and color theory, including The Magical Effects of Color in my Rare Color & Color Theory Books category.
This is a very fine set of tools to use for finding the exact colors and shades you want or need for your needlepoint and other stitchery projects.
This Ultimate 3-in-1 Color Tool packet measures 8 X 3.25 inches. It is printed on very high quality heavy glossy paper. The colors are bright and look true (to me).
There are 816 Colors with CMYK, RGB and HEX formulas ( I have no idea what this means, I just try to sound like I know).
