If your looking for Needlepoint talk, visit our blog and find interesting topics and helpful tips.
This is not a long book, more then a booklet but at only 64 pages not quite a full book.
Quoting from the back cover "Learn how to make beautiful Needlepoint creations for framing and display on the wall using canvas, wool and silk threads and no more then 5 simple stitches.
Inspiring Designs for Needlepoint includes all you need to know in order to create and make your own one-of-a-kind original designs" (there is a typo, it says one-off original designs).
There are lovely designs in this book, a few of them very creative but in no way is this book suitable for beginners. Each design has rudimentary directions, a materials list, a template of the design and a picture of the completed project. All the pictures and diagrams for the designs are in full color.
There are some nice ideas in here, they might indeed inspire you.
Published in Australia by Kangaroo Press in 2005. Kangaroo Press is a division of Simon & Schuster. It is a glossy cover paperbound book with 64 pages.
