The first section is the Eighteenth Century with samplers from Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Pennsylvania.

This is a handsome large coffee table size book from Rizzoli Publishing, a maker of beautiful books on art, design and more. Published in 1991, this is a hard cover book with 168 pages.
Samplers and Samplermakers is in Very Good condition, almost Gift Quality condition. The edges of the dust jacket are very slightly worn or bent. There is a small sticker with the name and address of the store that originally sold the book inside the back cover. The book inside is excellent.
