Many of the books in the Country Bumpkin series of A-Z needlework books have been re-written and newly released under the Search Press Classics name.
This is one of the original Country Bumpkin books, not the re-issue. It has the familar spiral binding inside a hard paper cover.
"Here, step-by-step directions and clear photographs show every stitch and technique, with advice from the experts on the ribbons, fabric and other materials yiou need. There are more then 40 projects, each with an embroidery key, index of stitches, order of work and template provided. Beginners and accomplished needleworkers will find all they need to begin using ribbons to create beautiful stitched works of art."
Everything in this book is easily adaptable to needlepoint.
That pretty much sums it up. The A -Z books have been popular for a long time now, with good reason.
Published in 2002 by Sue Gardner and Country Bumpkin Publication in Australia. It has 132 pages
A-Z of Ribbon Embroidery is in very good condition. The edges of the hard paper covers are slightly worn. The pages inside arealso very good.
